When the inside of a home gets an update or a remodel it makes the family feel proud of what they have created. Why is community so important? It’s difficult to form a community in a neighborhood of rental houses, everyone comes and goes at the drop of a hat. Creating a neighborhood where people stay and raise their kids and then rock their grand children on the front porch is what Colbyco Homes envisions for the people we build homes and renovate for.
