Yes — we manage the entire permitting process with the City of Portland and surrounding jurisdictions. ADUs, garage conversions, additions, and remodels all require different steps, and we handle them start to finish.

Timelines vary by project type:
• ADUs: 4–6 months
• Garage conversions: 2–4 months
• Additions/remodels: 3–6 months
• Custom homes: 6–12 months We give you a realistic schedule upfront and keep you updated throughout construction.

You work directly with us — the father and son team. No layers of salespeople or rotating project managers. You get personal communication, quick responses, and direct accountability.

Construction always has surprises. We address them immediately, communicate clearly, and provide solutions that protect your budget and timeline. Our decades of experience mean we’ve seen almost everything.

We stand behind our work with a 1 year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties on materials. For custom homes, we also provide a structural warranty. Quality and longevity matter to us.

Yes — we guide you through layout decisions, finishes, fixtures, and materials. For larger projects, we can collaborate with your designer or architect. For ADUs and garage conversions, we often handle design in house.
